Set up printing on your device
Use the path that matches your printer. In every case, the page size must match the media selected in PriceFlow.
Windows, macOS or Linux
- Open the system print dialog and select the intended printer.
- Select the exact sheet or label size and use 100% / Actual size scaling.
- Disable fitting, margins, headers and footers; select the correct tray and media type.
iPhone, iPad or Android
- Create the PDF and use Share PDF, or open the downloaded file.
- Send the PDF to an installed system print service and select the exact media size.
- If the mobile service has no custom size, open the PDF on a computer with the printer driver.
Roll thermal or thermal-transfer printer
- In the system driver, create a page with the exact selected label width and height and no margins.
- Select Direct Thermal or Thermal Transfer and the matching gap, black mark or continuous sensor.
- Calibrate the media, print one test at 100%, measure it and scan the codes.
PriceFlow does not install drivers or change printer settings. Custom-size availability depends on the system print service and driver.
In the print dialog select matching media, use Actual size / 100% scaling and disable browser headers and footers.
Printing uses your system printer driver. Print and measure one page before producing a batch.
This release prints rectangular, round and oval labels with the name, current/old price, unit, SKU, EAN-13, Code 128 and QR, and imports CSV/XLSX locally.
